1 Resource Group is seeking an Onsite Bilingual HR Coordinator to join our team in Holly Springs, NC. This is a local position with no per diem. In this role, you will serve as a dedicated point of contact between 1 Resource Group and our clients management team. You will provide support in various HR functions including, employee relations, onboarding, and compliance, ensuring that HR policies and procedures are followed. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the agency representative at the client's site, ensuring effective communication and support for all employees.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and training sessions.
- Assist in recruitment efforts including job posting, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing HR-related inquiries and resolving workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with workplace regulations, health and safety policies, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
- Support performance management processes and provide guidance to managers on employee evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Staffing, Human Resources, Project Administrative, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
