BPA Program Manager
Business Technology Integrators, headquartered in Suburban Washington, DC, is seeking an experienced BPA Program Manager for a contract with US Treasury.
The Program Manager acts as the primary liaison between our company and the Government, overseeing and managing all aspects of contract operational support functions. This role requires exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills to ensure the seamless execution of multiple complex and interrelated projects. The Program Manager will lead contractor personnel at various locations, build and maintain strong relationships with the customer, and ensure compliance with program requirements and deliverables.
Experience must consist of working on large scale IT programs and enterprise systems, preferably in a shared service or dispersed organizational environment, contract value at least $10 million a year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership & Management:
- Organize, direct, and manage all contract support functions, including multiple concurrent projects.
- Provide oversight to project teams and subcontractors (if applicable) on all technical and administrative matters.
- Customer Collaboration:
- Collaborate with customer personnel to review task plans, deliverables, and ensure compliance with program/project schedules, costs, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain a strong working relationship with all levels of the customer organization, fostering a collaborative and effective work environment.
- Reporting & Updates:
- Develop and maintain technical and financial reports to track progress and provide updates to stakeholders, including senior customer leadership.
- Support the Enterprise Applications intake process by providing Rough Order of Magnitude estimates for potential shared service projects.
- Risk & Issue Management:
- Monitor program and project progress to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Team Development & Communication:
- Lead, mentor, and guide contractor program support staff, ensuring a high level of performance.
- Promote effective communication within the customer and contractor teams, ensuring transparency and alignment on goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Project Management certification is mandatory.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, with demonstrated expertise in:
- Enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) IT systems.
- Low-code platforms.
- Managing large-scale IT programs and enterprise systems in a shared service or dispersed organizational environment.
- Proven ability to manage contracts with a value of at least $10 million annually.
