Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the executive's schedule, including meetings and appointments with clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing prompt and courteous responses.
- Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and coordinate events and meetings, ensuring flawless logistics.
- Handle calls and emails, efficiently resolving inquiries and issues.
- Maintain and update client databases.
- Support special projects and additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced level of English (preferred).
