Position Details
Title: Store Manager
Hours of Operation:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Saturday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Closed on Sundays and major holidays
Responsibilities:
Administrative
- Supervising Daily Operations: Oversee all office functions, including issuing licenses, registrations, permits, and other DMV services.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to state and federal laws, regulations, and policies governing DMV operations.
- Documentation Accuracy: Verify that all transactions, records, and reports are completed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and submit periodic reports on office performance metrics, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
Staff Management
- Team Leadership: Manage and supervise DMV staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Scheduling: Create and manage employee schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
- Conflict Resolution: Address staff and customer complaints or disputes in a professional and timely manner.
- Professional Development: Provide opportunities for employee growth, including training on new systems, laws, and procedures.
Customer Service
- Customer Support: Ensure a high level of customer service and address escalated customer issues personally.
- Wait Time Management: Implement strategies to minimize customer wait times and improve the overall experience.
Financial Management

Qualifications:
- Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
- Open availability.
- Willingness to undergo a Motor Vehicle Record Check and Criminal Background Check.
- Minimum of 2 year of management experience.
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
