Job Description:
1-Tom-Plumber is a fast-growing emergency plumbing start-up that provides services to both commercial and residential properties. We are a franchise seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to lead the development and growth in our local market.
The Business Development /Sales Representiative (BDR) is responsible for the growth, profitability and leadership of the territory.
Objectives of this role

- Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings
- Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
- Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales KPI's (30 to 50 in-person visits per week, discovery meeting planning, etc)
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
- Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients
- Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
- Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services
- BDR will also be required to market/sell services for sister company Pine Ridge Restoration (water/storm/fire damage mitigation and reconstruction) - commission paid per job awarded.

Starting base salary $65,000 base plus commission (% of per job revenue). Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K match).
Job Type: Full-time
Total compensation (Base pay with commission) year 1 is expected to be $80,000 to $100,000 or more and is uncapped. Compensation will be reviewed after year one and can be converted to commission only if desired. Company car & fuel provided by 1-Tom.
