Dispatcher Job Description :
The 1-Tom Plumber On-Call Dispatcher will work remotely, providing fast and friendly customer service to both internal and external customers.
The dispatcher will manage after-hours calls for the on-call technicians and the day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to :
Strong customer service skills, multitasker, answering client calls, and scheduling technician appointments for jobs. In addition to entering client data into a computer, this individual will provide responses and feedback to clients regarding service queries and make outbound calls to clients as necessary.
Job Requirements :
- Must live in middle Tennessee
- Ability to satisfactorily resolve client concerns
- Competency of basic computer programs
- Professional demeanor
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency to complete tasks
- Able to work gracefully under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Reliable, trustworthy and punctual
Compensation : $25 per booked call
