Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule installation appointments with customers
- Ensure all necessary permits, materials and equipment are available for each installation job
- Communicate with installation team to ensure timely and efficient completion of jobs
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or questions
- Maintain accurate records of installation jobs and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a coordination or scheduling role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with plumbing industry and installation processes is a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
