Your Role as a CSR
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every call is handled professionally and efficiently. You’ll play a crucial role in scheduling service calls, dispatching technicians, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments promptly and professionally.
- Communicate with customers to understand their plumbing needs and provide solutions.
- Dispatch service technicians, ensuring the right tech is sent to the right job at the right time.
- Utilize scheduling software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus) to manage appointments and track job progress.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any additional service needs.
- Maintain accurate records and support the office team with administrative tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Customer service experience (preferred in a service-based company).
- Strong communication and multitasking skills—you can handle multiple calls and tasks at once.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software (a plus, but not required).
