Summary: In this role, you will provide customized health care advisory services to hospitals, health systems and focus primarily on the enterprise physician network and alignment strategies with physician groups in the market. You will interact with clients on a regular basis while managing multiple consulting projects. You will develop solution-based product offerings to enhance alignment, market performance, and cost and quality for the client. Responsibilities: Lead projects across our consulting offerings including physician enterprise strategic planning, medical group optimization, physician-hospital alignment, and medical staff planning. Manage project engagements including timeline/schedule; communication of project tasks and deliverables; data collection, analysis, and modeling; presentation materials, and engagement of team members and clients. Stay informed of business and economic developments while understanding the impact these changes have to our clients. Understand service lines across Sg2 to identify potential opportunities to bring value to our clients and leverage data and perspectives from across the company. Qualifications: Master's degree in health care, business, or related field preferred. 7 of more years of relevant experience in health care business advisory with a health care provider or a consulting firm required. Health care strategy consulting experience preferred, with an emphasis on physician facing strategy or performance improvement areas of focus. Medical group and practice operations and/or financial management experience preferred. Experience with issues related to health care payment transformation, managed care, physician alignment, physician compensation, clinical integration, etc. preferred. Financial volume and forecast modeling experience preferred. Prior leadership experience and the ability to manage multiple projects/prioritize preferred. Salary : $117,600 - $175,050
