Key Requirements
- Unloading Freight: This role involves physically unloading freight at stores, which can be challenging but financially rewarding.
- Training: Upon hire, drivers will report directly to Savannah, GA for training on their account
- Shift: Early morning delivery times, driving either the night before or in the early morning. Nights, weekends and holidays required.
Job Details
- Average pay per week: Earning potential of $1,300-$1,500 weekly for those running 3 loads.
- Miles per week: 1500-2000 miles per week.
- Home time: Home weekly for 34 hour reset.
- Freight: 100% touch freight, box by box with rollers, live unload at stores, with occasional store deliveries.
- Load Type: Dry Van
- Running Area: FL, GA, SC, and some parts of AL.
- Trucks: Drivers will operate Freightliners, and Kenworth trucks. All newer models.
