Must be at least 21 Years of Age
6 MOS EXPERIENCE WITH ATLEAST A 48 FT TT.
No license suspensions in the last 3 years
No more than 2 preventable accidents in 3 year
No more than 2 MV's in the last 3 years
No DOT recordable accidents in the last 3 years
NO FELONIES IN THE LAST YEAR
PROBATION REQUIRES A LETTER
Nothing pending on MVR / Background
Can't be terminated in the last 12 mos for safety
Must be able to urine test
DWI / DUI has to be 5 years old
