POSITION DETAILS
- This position provides competitive pay, regular home time, and flexibility for both full-time and part-time drivers with support from the distribution team.
- Shifts : Night shifts only, with start times between 8 PM and 2 AM. Weekends and holidays required.
- Average Weekly Pay : $1350, with potential to earn more based on miles and stops.
- Backhaul : $51.50 per backhaul.
- Stops : $20.00 after the first stop.
- Minimum Pay : $45 for lower mileage routes
- Home Daily : Consistent daily routes allow drivers to be home every day.
- Freight : Dry and refrigerated, no-touch freight to various dedicated locations in OH, KY, and IN (within 250 miles of the distribution center).
- Freight is live unload or drop & hook.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Must live within 60 miles of OH (ZIP 45371).
- Must have personal transportation for daily commutes to and from the distribution center (DC).
- Availability : Must be available for night shifts, weekends, and holidays. Shifts average 12 hours per day.

- Operation : Slip-seat operation using newer model day cab trucks.
- Holiday Pay : $75 if you work on the holiday.
- Paid Vacation : Starts after 1 year of service, and increases after 3 years.
- Vacations : Paid based on a 52-week average
- Flexible Part-Time Option : Part-time drivers can work 8-36 hours per week and are eligible for benefits but not vacation pay.
