Education: Required - Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
Experience: Required - 3-5 years of experience in compliance, government grant requirements and reporting, quality assurance, or accreditation management (CARF experience strongly preferred); 3-5 years senior management experience in social services or healthcare settings; Demonstrated success in policy and procedure development and implementation.
Skills:

• Possess strong analytic and communication skills (both written and verbal) with experience in presenting complex ideas/concepts to senior-level management.

• Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Office suite, and Salesforce strongly recommended.

Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables:
1. Lead and manage a portfolio of complex initiatives/projects that drive efficiency and innovation throughout the organization.
2. Develop and oversee all aspects of project engagement, including planning, communications, resources, budgets, risks, and change management.
3. Collaborate closely with leadership team members to identify the best project methodologies, ensuring alignment with internal goals and objectives.
4. Establish and maintain productive relationships with affiliate partners and stakeholders.
5. Create, maintain, and deliver detailed project documentation, ensuring compliance with project guidelines and storage protocols.
6. Ensure timely delivery of projects, while mitigating risks and resolving issues to meet critical objectives.
7. Regularly present project status updates to President (or designee), ensuring clear communication and transparency.
8. Manage project scope and changes, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and that changes are well-documented.
9. Provide internal quality control for each project to ensure continuous improvement.
10. Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and lessons-learned sessions to enhance future project outcomes.
11. Actively seek feedback to optimize project processes and ensure full understanding across all team members.
12. Responsible for CARF Accreditation Management:
• Lead and oversee all activities related to CARF accreditation, ensuring compliance with all standards and updates.
• Coordinate preparation, documentation, and audits to maintain accreditation.
• Develop corrective action plans based on internal audit findings.
• Serve as the liaison between BCFS HHS and CARF representatives.
13. Responsible for Policy and Procedure Development and Oversight:
• Draft policies and procedures for all new awards, in accordance with grant requirements.
• Draft training plans for all new awards, in accordance with grant requirements, and in partnership with Learning & Development.
• Conduct regular reviews of existing policies to ensure alignment with operational practices and procedures.
• Maintain Operation Manuals, Policies/Procedures, SharePoint (documentation system), ensuring all materials remain current and accessible.
14. Ensures Compliance Monitoring:
• Identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Work in collaboration with Learning & Development trainings on compliance requirements and process changes/updates.
• Act as the point of contact to resolve data reporting inconsistencies and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate logistics for new award implementations and office “stand up” (i.e. equipment, legal, marketing).

Requirements:
1. Proven ability to manage multiple high priority tasks in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
2. Work a flexible schedule including availability nights, holidays, and weekends – travel required.
3. Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens throughout employment.
4. Provide proof of work eligibility status upon request.
5. Pass a pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks.
6. Demonstrated excellent leadership skills through command presence and reinforcement of agency mission, vision, and culture to drive a passionate, engaged, and accountable workforce.
7. Strong written and oral communication skills.
8. Demonstrate the ability to:
a. Respond sensitively and competently to the service population’s cultural and socio-economic characteristics.
b. Work collaboratively with other staff members, service providers and professionals.
c. Organize and prioritize responsibilities and duties efficiently.
d. Work independently with minimal supervision.
