KEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS:
Dynamic and results-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support our indirect channel sales team. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, providing actionable insights, project managing strategic initiatives, and a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large datasets, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Indirect Channel Sales Support:
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Indirect Channel sales team.
• Assist with sales forecasting and pipeline management
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities.
Data Analytics:
• Analyze sales and marketing programs to extract meaningful insights.
• Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to track performance of indirect channel programs.
• Use data to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
System Entry:
• Accurately input and maintain data in various systems and databases.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems.
Project Management:
• Manage and coordinate various projects, from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, track progress, and identify potential risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Budget Management:
• Assist with budget planning, tracking, and analysis.
• Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Post-Program Support:
• Collect, analyze, and report on post-program data and insights.
• Identify key learnings and recommendations for future programs.
Process Improvement:
• Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes.

Qualifications
• Experience in the telecommunications industry.
• 10 years of experience in business operations, data analytics, or a related field.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
