General Description:
We are seeking a creative copywriter with strategist experience to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker, who can write professional and engaging copy, with a deep understanding of creative processes, digital marketing, and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mix of creativity, analytical skills, leadership, and project management expertise to drive engaging and results-oriented projects.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Creative Copywriting: Write clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned copy for marketing materials, including advertisements, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media.
• Storytelling: Develop captivating narratives, engaging copy, and impactful brand stories that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
• Creative Strategy Development: Craft and execute innovative marketing and branding strategies that align with business goals and audience needs.
• Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop high-impact campaigns across various digital channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity.
• Project Management: Oversee creative projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Analyze customer behaviors, industry trends, and data insights to identify creative opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
• Design & Aesthetics: Utilize a foundational understanding of graphic design principles to collaborate effectively with designers and ensure visually appealing campaigns.
• Cross-functional Communication: Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams (of designers, developers, copywriters and quality assurance team) to align creative efforts with overarching business strategies and technical boundaries.

• Proven experience working in creative environments, preferably in marketing, advertising, or brand strategy roles.
• Strong ability to think outside the box and develop innovative, forward-thinking strategies.

• Effective project management skills, including experience handling deadlines, budgets, and multiple priorities.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

• Proficiency in creative writing, storytelling, and content marketing.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Tech-savvy understanding of web platform capabilities and limitations.

• Strong ability for collaboration with ability to delegate and trust others, giving and receiving constructive feedback, conflict management and professional etiquette.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
• 4 years’ experience working with creative agencies or in-house marketing teams.
Pay Range: $6,300/M to $7,200/M
