Essential Responsibilities:
• Serve as the point of contact for inventory related issues for internal customer (Samsung SEA LPS).
• Inventory management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of inventory, including receiving, storing, counting, and distributing products
• Support site manager with assigned tasks beyond day-to-day routine duty
• Inventory control: Develop and implement procedures for managing inventory, including tracking levels and ensuring accuracy such as performing daily cycle counts.
• Inventory reporting: Create and maintain reports on inventory levels, stock-outs, and inventory turnover
• Inventory analysis: Analyze shipping volume pattern by different product group and adjust stock storing strategy
• Inventory policy: Accurately execute Samsung inventory policies and procedures for managing inventory
• Inventory audits: Conduct regular audits of inventory data and physical counts to ensure accuracy
• Inventory team: Supervise a team of inventory personnel and train new team members
• Support SOP/Work Instructions maintenance and ensure operational best practices in line with customer requirements as well as ensure operational SOP compliance
• Ensure the accuracy of data entry into Cello and other systems as needed
• Monitor trends and report changes to management for action

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED Required; Bachelor Degree Preferred
• 2 years of experience in inventory control or related position
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook
• Self-motivated and works well under pressure with minimal supervision
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects, while paying close attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize effectively while meeting deadlines
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer orientation and strong negotiating skills
• Demonstrate appropriate phone and email etiquette with internal and external customers; strong customer service, people skills
• Warehouse and/or manufacturing knowledge preferred
• Any Samsung warehouse operation experience preferred
