SAP FI ConsultantGeneral Description : N / AEssential Responsibilities : Analyze customer requirements and tailor the use of the system to meet those objectives.Develop project plans and timelines to successfully deploy solutions and assist with data conversion.Full support of users within all relevant sites of Samsung Electronics USA. Identify and understand end users' technical SAP FI requirements, provide necessary training and documentation, work to build and maintain strong end user relationships and provide ongoing support.Responsible for the support and communication with HQ for the implementation management and optimization of new and existing processes within SAP module FI as needed to support customer requirements.Motivated to formulate process improvements resulting from support issues, with the aim of minimizing recurring support.Provide strategic guidance to users in defining or designing processes to meet customer requirements; document existing customer business processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend system improvements and provide backup for SAP consultants as needed.Monitor and report on the status of any issues, proactively review and interpret performance against operating standards; provide information and report results.Serves as the primary on-call support person for troubleshooting and correcting system issues.Off business hours and holidays support required during month-end closing support, special sale promotion periods (4th of July, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) and occasional critical issue situations.Must Have the Following Competencies : Strong interpersonal and leadership skills exemplified in teamwork, understanding of business and customer requirements, and good communication.Willingness to challenge established practices and draw relevant conclusions including the persistence and willingness to take calculated risks within the organization.Able to understand customer priorities and work toward accomplishing those priorities.Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment and / or crisis situation and render good decisions to resolve the problems.Manage time and attention based on assigned job roles and objectives.Supervisory Requirements : N / ARequirements : EST 9 to 6 support required.Bilingual (Korean and English) Required.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / related discipline with an information technology focus.8 years of experience as a functional or business consultant with SAP applications.Experience within SAP FI in an ECC 6 environment.Full lifecycle SAP implementation with expertise in FI.SAP Public Cloud experience preferred.S / 4 Hana experience preferred.TR, AR, Sales Deduction module experience preferred.ABAP debugging skill preferred.Experienced in processing a variety of EDI document types and familiarity.In-depth technical knowledge working with EDI related systems and architecture.Project management experience that involves conceptualizing, organizing, planning, executing tests, training users, and documenting training materials.Demonstrated experience and understanding of the system development life cycle, dynamics of application development, and information technology practices and methods.Pay Rate : $9,000 / M to $12,000MCorporate Values 1.
