About the Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Kitchen Designer to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a passion for interior design and home sales. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in home sales and be proficient in 2020 Design software. You will work with prequalified leads, assisting clients in creating their dream kitchens while providing exceptional customer service and design expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and budget for kitchen remodeling projects.
• Design Creation: Use 2020 Design software to create detailed, accurate, and aesthetically appealing kitchen layouts and renderings.
• Product Knowledge: Provide clients with information about various kitchen products, materials, and finishes. Stay updated on industry trends and new products.
• Sales & Lead Management: Follow up with prequalified leads and help convert them into clients. Utilize your sales experience to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
• Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service throughout the design and sales process, ensuring that clients are satisfied and well-informed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including project managers and installers, to ensure that designs are implemented smoothly and efficiently.
• Project Coordination: Assist with coordinating timelines, budgeting, and ensuring that the design vision is executed correctly.
• Ongoing Communication: Maintain consistent communication with clients to address any concerns, revisions, or adjustments to the design as the project progresses.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in home sales, with a strong background in kitchen design or home remodeling.
• Design Software: Proficiency in 2020 Design software is required.
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once with minimal supervision.
• Customer-Focused: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to create accurate, visually appealing designs while adhering to client preferences and budget constraints.
• Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with other team members to ensure project success.
  
  

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Knowledge of current kitchen design trends and materials.
• Experience with other design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
