Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiting Intern to support our high-volume hiring efforts for new restaurant openings across both of our brands. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, process development, and community engagement, directly contributing to the company’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
High-Volume Hiring:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for new restaurant openings, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to define hiring needs, craft job postings, and source candidates.
- Implement innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.
SOP/Playbook Development:
- Develop a comprehensive Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)/Playbook for high-volume hiring and new store openings.
- Document best practices, workflows, and key performance metrics to enhance consistency and streamline recruitment processes.
Talent Community Development:
- Establish a talent community within Workday to build a pipeline of future hires.
- Research and engage with relevant communities to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Plan and execute a 12-month content and communication strategy to nurture potential candidates and maintain engagement.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Workday or other ATS platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Passion for talent acquisition, process improvement, and community engagement.
