Security Officer / Pool Status
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: Under general supervision, to apply effective security procedures in protecting Driscoll Children’s Hospital on an assigned shift and to perform related duties as required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must possess a current and valid Driver's License. Must successfully complete basic security officer training and met requirements to obtain a license as required by the Texas Commission on Private Security. Must successfully complete the 40 hour Basic training course and certification examination issued by the International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS)
within twelve (12) months of employment, as well as CPR, First Aid, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) and additional training as directed by the Security Department
