Responsibilities:
- Marketing for the property to include daily updates and posts to all social media outlets.
- Touring and selling the property to maintain occupancy goals.
- Process applicants and prepare lease packets.
- Review lease and handle move-ins with focus on customer service and early retention
- Participate in regular Resident functions to promote longevity.
- Ability to assist residents with concerns/complaints/service requests.
- Inspect models, amenities, and office space daily for the best presentation.
- Outreach marketing is a requirement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs/Spreadsheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Strong marketing/ outreach abilities
- Strong sales proficiency
- Attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to multitask.

- Must be able to handle high volume of traffic/ inquiry.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to attend meetings, events and daily activities.
- One year of experience in customer service, previous leasing experience is a plus.

- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate computer systems and other office tools.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
