Responsibilities:
Drive to and from assigned properties
Perform storage unit inspections at all assigned properties
Perform property repairs, light maintenance, and service requests
Prep units that come up for auction
Clean out units and dispose of abandoned goods
Complete task list provided by manager
Maintain professional appearance of facilities, interiors, exteriors, and grounds
Maintain monthly time-sensitive auctions and delinquency procedures
Oversee contractor activities (landscapers, painters, etc.)
Partner with call center agents on scheduling various customer needs

Qualifications:
Property maintenance experience (schools, apartments, self-storage, commercial buildings, etc.)
A positive, self-starter attitude
Possession of a valid Drivers’ License and clean driving record
Reliable and excellent time management skills
Basic mechanical and computer skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Availability required during core business hours.
Physical Demands:
Frequent driving, heavy lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, kneeling, etc.
