Responsibilities:

• Drive to and from assigned properties

• Perform storage unit inspections at all assigned properties

• Perform property repairs, light maintenance, and service requests

• Prep units that come up for auction

• Clean out units and dispose of abandoned goods

• Complete task list provided by manager

• Maintain professional appearance of facilities, interiors, exteriors, and grounds

• Maintain monthly time-sensitive auctions and delinquency procedures

• Oversee contractor activities (landscapers, painters, etc.)

• Partner with call center agents on scheduling various customer needs

*The predominant aspect of this role will involve working in an outdoor setting. *

Qualifications:

• Property maintenance experience (schools, apartments, self-storage, commercial buildings, etc.)

• A positive, self-starter attitude

• Possession of a valid Drivers’ License and clean driving record

• Reliable and excellent time management skills

• Basic mechanical and computer skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Availability required during core business hours.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent driving, heavy lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, kneeling, etc.
