• Participating in weekly group supervision meetings
• Providing evaluations to elementary and middle school students
• Writing reports & effectively presenting information, test results, diagnoses, & recommendations at IEP meetings
• Provide individual & small group therapy (in collaboration with the speech department)
• Create sensory profiles and intervention plans
• Use both in-class and sensory room interventions to teach awareness & regulation
• Along with our other 22 clinicians who share this responsibility, process with students who are upset or dysregulated
• Write current OT-related progress notes, IEP goals and benchmarks for about 15 students
• Work collaboratively on a multidisciplinary team (OT, Speech, Psychologist, and BCBAs)

• Master’s of Occupational Therapy
• OT/R national licensure
• Licensed in the state of Massachusetts as an occupational therapist
• Knowledge and experience with a variety of assessment instruments, including administration, scoring, and interpretation
• Knowledge and experience with students who have autism spectrum disorders and various mental health challenges (e.g., anxiety, OCD, DMDD, Tourette’s, etc.)
• Excellent critical thinking, written, and verbal skills
