Position Overview: The Safety Coordinator will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve the program objectives to reduce unsafe driving behavior.
Schedule: (Required to be on site/ in office)
- Sunday - Thursday 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:
- Run reports, identify driving and coaching trends, obtain resources and any other functions the role may require to achieve program objectives.
- Asset management, ensure all monitoring devices are working properly and coordinate any repairs as necessary.
- Achieve company objectives to reduce unsafe driving behavior through training drivers while creating a positive learning and working environment.
- Work closely with multiple departments to ensure program success.
- HOS review/training.
- Vetting road test drivers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Coachable - the ability to be trained on policies, procedures, and practices; has knowledge of effective training concepts.
- Previous office experience preferred.
- Strong work ethic with a professional, positive attitude.
- Has creative problem-solving skills and ability to evaluate multiple solutions to make sound decisions.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Solution driven.
