Position Overview: As a Sales Representative, you will be part of our brokerage team focused on driving down costs and ensuring that our customers’ needs are met. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with suppliers, rate negotiations, and supplier procurement.
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Responsibilities:
- Inside sales (high call volume).
- Provide support for operations team regarding coverage, troubleshooting any issues that could arise during transit.
- Book Freight loads for our backhauls and keep our customers updated throughout transit.
- Rate Negotiations.
- Carrier procurement and relations.
- Continual evaluation of freight market.
- Establish relationships with new customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Driver license is required.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with DOT regulations.
- Negotiating skills.
- Ability to work and adapt in a fast paced, changing environment.
- Detail oriented with an eye for accuracy.
