Our Project Coordinator is responsible for communication to the customer from the different departments of the company. Scheduling jobs and daily communication to the customers and tems are just some of the tasks required. Strong organization, problem solving skills and memory skills are preferred. Must be an up beat team player . Work schedule is Monday to Friday with weekends off.
Summary
As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be integral to the successful execution of construction projects, reporting directly to the Project Manager. Your role encompasses project scheduling, coordination, and management, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. With core skills in construction management software and organizational skills, you will oversee project timelines and collaborate with various stakeholders. Your premium skills in ProCore and Primavera P6, alongside relevant knowledge of contracts and site management, will enhance project efficiency and contribute to the overall success of our construction initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficient in construction management software and project scheduling tools, including ProCore and Primavera P6.
- Strong project management and coordination skills with a focus on construction processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with construction estimating and contract management.
- Experience working on construction sites and understanding of relevant regulations and safety standards.
