We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at 10 Wilmington Place assisted living community.

Job Description:
- Provide Quality Care: Administer personal hygienic, preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents.
- Collaborate with Team: Assist in maintaining a positive physical, social and psychological environment in accordance with residents needs and facility philosophy.
- Document Resident Care: Maintains documentation which accurately and completely records data pertaining to individual resident care, condition and treatment.
- Address Emergencies: Initiates and supervises necessary action on the event of an emergency or disaster.
- Protect Residents: Protects residents, their privacy and property.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a current LPN license and be able to pass a background check.
