Key Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone at the clinic, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Greet patients warmly as they enter the clinic and ensure they feel comfortable and supported
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar
- Explain fees to patients, process payments, and provide receipts
- Perform data entry in the clinic’s computer systems, maintaining accurate patient records
- Describe and promote products available for purchase at the clinic, processing transactions as needed
- Keep patient files up to date, entering appropriate charges and processing payments
- Assist chiropractors during chiropractic treatments and support patient care as directed
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or wellness settings
- Passionate about helping others achieve long-term progress and results
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Superior communication skills (verbal & written), with the ability to connect with people and motivate them toward achieving their goals
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
