You must have a dynamic phone voice (always smile through the phone) and ability to connect with patients over the phone. You will be our dedicated team member who will manage the calls and follow-up process of our new patients. - Schedule patient appointments
- Maintain lead follow up calls
- Assist with Social Media marketing
- Create content on Social Media
- Customer service experience
- Passionate and positive about helping others achieve long term progress and results
- Work history that demonstrates an ability to multitask
- Superior communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to achieve their goals.
