You are exactly who we are looking for if:
- You know and can clearly articulate why you became a chiropractor and are not afraid to share it
- You take a philosophical approach to chiropractic (unapologetically)
- You have advanced expertise and experience beyond adjustments (e.g. rehab, orthopedics / nutrition counseling, pediatrics)
- You are familiar with medical imaging techniques and their interpretation
- You love to track and see the progress of patients over time
- You love working with a team to help patients achieve their full potential
- You are comfortable with open bay adjusting and have the ability to do high volume
- You have an active chiropractic license in Texas
- You're are an outgoing person with positive energy not shy on social media and enjoy educating patients
- Someone with high agency (self-reliant, self-responsible, not waiting for ideal conditions to take action)
- Able to have difficult conversations with both staff and patients but also have humility and help team members grow
- Intellectual curiosity for improvement both as a clinician and as a manager
- A strong communicator with the ability to explain technical / medical concepts to both patients and staff
