We are looking for a Chiropractic Insurance Billing Rep who who is Bilingual to support our wonderful doctors, and growing team! We are seeking high energy, upbeat individuals with strong interpersonal skills that are patient focused and passionate about health, wellness, & chiropractic care. Able to work under pressure with little to no supervision and can get the job done.
Job Description:
- Submitting patient treatment information to insurance companies to request reimbursement for chiropractic services provided.
- Verifying patient insurance details, coding diagnoses and procedures accurately.
- Following up on outstanding claims to ensure timely payment.
- Contacting insurance companies to inquire about the status of submitted claims and address any billing issues.
- Checking submitted claims for errors in coding, patient information, and billing details to avoid claim denials.
- Communicating with patients regarding their billing statements, explaining charges, and managing patient payments.
- Understanding of chiropractic billing codes (CPT and ICD-10), insurance policies, and billing procedures.
- Identifying and addressing billing discrepancies or claim denials.
- Contacting insurance company to verify in patients insurance coverage.

Requirements
- Healthcare Administration, preferably in a chiropractic or rehabilitation setting is preferred (but not required)
- Ideal Candidate is highly organized, excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for Chiropractic care
- Customer service experience
- Passionate and positive about helping others achieve long term progress and results
- Work history that demonstrates an ability to multitask
- Superior communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to achieve their goals
