Job Description

We are looking for a leader for our new, high profile, practice in central Austin. 100% Chiropractic is a recognized leader nationally with over 100 offices across the US with a central focus around saving lives through corrective care. We are providing the foundation to help establish wellness and well-being in our community.

We are looking for an exceptional team leader who embraces our vision and will guide the practice toward community impact and continued growth.

Additional growth opportunities for the right candidate will be available in the Austin in the future.

You are exactly who we are looking for if :

You know and can clearly articulate why you became a chiropractor and are not afraid to share it

You take a philosophical approach to chiropractic (unapologetically)

You have advanced expertise and experience beyond adjustments (e.g. rehab, orthopedics / nutrition counseling, pediatrics)

You are familiar with medical imaging techniques and their interpretation

You love to track and see the progress of patients over time

You love working with a team to help patients achieve their full potential

You are comfortable with open bay adjusting and have the ability to do high volume

You have an active chiropractic license in Texas

Bonus :

You're are an outgoing person with positive energy not shy on social media and enjoy educating patients

Someone with high agency (self-reliant, self-responsible, not waiting for ideal conditions to take action)

Able to have difficult conversations with both staff and patients but also have humility and help team members grow

Intellectual curiosity for improvement both as a clinician and as a manager

A strong communicator with the ability to explain technical / medical concepts to both patients and staff

The equipment you will work with will include the following :

X ray

Styku 3D Body Scanner

Class IV laser

Arthrostim

Infrared body scanner

Elite EA-3 elevation tables

We believe strongly in training, mentorship and networking. With 100% Chiropractic, you will have an annual CE credit allowance, quarterly company travel and training. You will also work with us to build a team to provide soft tissue work to accelerate healing - a massage therapist, stretch therapist and chiropractic assistants.
