- Leadership: Guide and inspire the clinic team to achieve growth and provide exceptional care.
- Patient Care: Deliver high-quality chiropractic services to patients.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with standards in order to meet key metrics.
- Community Engagement: Foster relationships within the community to promote the clinic and its services.
Ideal Candidate Traits
- Outgoing and Friendly: Enjoy interacting with patients and staff.
- Management Experience: Ability to manage chiropractic team (CA, MXT)
- Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Credentials: California Doctor of Chiropractic license, Xray Supervisor, and CPR
- Fast-Paced: Thrive in a dynamic and creative work environment.
