Chiropractic Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing support to our chiropractic doctors and ensuring a positive experience for our patients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to help people along with excellent client service skills.

Duties

• Assist chiropractors during patient assessments and treatments
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is sanitized and ready for use
• Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans
• Educate patients on treatment protocols and exercises to enhance their recovery
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow within the clinic
• Answer patient inquiries regarding services, treatments, and office policies
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing inventory of supplies
• Work with patients and insurance companies to determine and bill services appropriately

Skills

• Excellent client service skills to foster a welcoming environment for patients
• Ability to perform basic patient assessments under the guidance of chiropractors
• Familiarity with Gmail, Google docs and sheets, and electronic health records systems
• Excellent communication skills
• A desire to learn and grow both independently and as a team
• Ability to communicate with team members in an ongoing and positive manner
• Dependability to arrive to work on time and with professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
