Job Description
Project Manager/Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Architect to lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion, with a passion for international projects in impoverished areas, service to local non-profits, and mentorship.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of project development, from design to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Develop creative, functional designs that promote sustainable practices and structures, serving areas with the highest needs.
- Engage in personal fundraising efforts to secure project funding, cultivate donor relationships, and help develop effective fundraising strategies.
- Guide and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and faith-driven environment.
- E nsure that designs reflect ministry and community values.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect.
- 8 years of experience in architecture and project management.
- Experience with nonprofit or faith-based projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
