Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Architect to lead architectural projects from concept to completion. This role combines project management with architectural design, focusing on international projects in impoverished areas and local non-profit collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead all phases of projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Design: Develop sustainable and functional designs for structures serving high-need communities.
- Client Collaboration: Build relationships with church leaders and non-profits to ensure designs meet their needs.
- Fundraising: Engage in personal fundraising efforts to secure project funding and develop strategies for donor cultivation.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative environment driven by faith.
- Faith Integration: Ensure designs reflect ministry and community values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect.
