As a Project Manager/Architect, you will lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion. This role blends project management with architectural design, supporting our mission while providing mentorship and discipleship to staff members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects: Lead all phases, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Design: Develop creative, functional designs for sustainable practices and structures serving areas with highest needs.
- Client collaboration: Build relationships with church leaders and nonprofits, ensuring designs align with their needs.
- Fundraising: Engage in personal fundraising efforts to secure project funding and develop strategies.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative, faith-driven environment.
- Faith integration: Ensure designs reflect ministry and community values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect.
- 8 years of experience in architecture & project management.
- Experience with nonprofit or faith-based projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for serving faith-based organizations.
