What are the responsibilities and job description for the Initial Claims Inventory Clerk position at 100 Horizon Healthcare Services, Inc?
- Extract, sort, screen and prep incoming mail for accurate workflow purposes and timely processing.
- Utilize computer to perform administrative clerical functions to fulfill customer needs.
- Perform clerical duties which include photocopying and filing.
- Handling of priority mail which includes accurate distribution to the appropriate areas.
- Perform other related duties as required by Management

Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Requires one (1) year of clerical business experience.
- Requires minimum typing of 25.3 WPM
- Prefer experience working in a Production and Quality environment.
Skills and Abilities:
- Requires the ability to read, understand and follow written direction (Written Direction Test-UW)
- Requires the ability to quickly and accurately perceive detailed information
- Must be able to type 25.3 words per minute with no errors
- Requires the ability to classify information to be determined by the classify test.
Specialized knowledge/skills:
- Strong Computer Skills-Microsoft Office.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities.

Salary Range:
$35,984 - $47,851This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. This range has been created in good faith based on information known to Horizon at the time of posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case.
