What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mgr, Strategic Initiatives II position at 100 Horizon Healthcare Services, Inc?
- Simultaneously manage multiple complex strategy projects, supported by 2-3 analysts and/or Horizon employees in other divisions (on a part-time, matrix basis)
- Independently lead advisory conversations discussions with VP or SVP-level clients
- Develop multiple project charters, define deliverables, structure project workplans
- Provide day-to-day team guidance and leadership
- Design and conduct research and perform complex analytics (e.g., business cases to support investments)
- Create high-quality, actionable recommendations, ensuring timely completion of project deliverables and buy-in of Horizon executive(s)
- Create complete, client-ready documents, demonstrating knowledge of the internal and external context
- Communicate project findings and results to key stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Train, supervise, evaluate and mentor assigned staff, and help drive their professional development

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor required - Master's Degree strongly preferred from a top school in a relevant field (e.g., business, health policy)
- 3 -4 years consulting experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or 5 years of equivalent industry experience.
- Including at least 1.5 years of experience in a Lead Associate or Senior Associate/engagement role: leading projects, interacting with clients and managing junior consultants.
Knowledge:
- Understanding of the healthcare industry including payors
- Must be fully proficient in MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc)

Salary Range:
$135,900 - $185,535This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. This range has been created in good faith based on information known to Horizon at the time of posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case.
