ROLE SUMMARY: As a Sr. Manager, Control at Anheuser-Busch, you will be a key financial leader supporting the Beyond Beer business, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and process improvements. You will oversee financial close activities, develop robust financial reporting tools, and provide strategic insights to drive business decisions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, expertise in financial controls, and the ability to collaborate across functions to enhance financial performance. JOB RESPONSIBILITES: Develop and publish the monthly Beyond Beer financial reporting suite (PowerBI) including P&L, Balance Sheet, Sales Analysis, and other Performance Review material Lead Beyond Beer specific brands through monthly financial close, journal entries, accrual calculations, and miscellaneous month end close documentation Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for Beyond Beer specific brands Serve as an objective point of view to key business partners by providing business case analysis for proposed changes Lead process improvement efforts and strategic finance projects to improve performance, focused on the Beyond Beer business – Control State Partners (spirits), Co-Manufacture Brands, and Hoop Tea Recommend and execute corrective actions to resolve issues and inconsistencies Regularly assess processes and identify improvement opportunities Ensure compliance to internal controls, standards, and regulations (IFRS, SOX/MICs, etc.) Provide ad hoc reporting and financial analysis for Beyond Beer Partners JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related business area 5 years’ experience providing analytical support in an accounting and reporting or related sub process area 3 years’ experience leading in a cross-functional environment Proficient creator and user of PowerBI as a data visualization tool with knowledge of DAX measures and Power Query Editor MS Office suite experiences including advanced proficiency in Excel and PPT Experience analyzing business (i.e., sales, financial or accounting) results of complex accounts Proficiency with SAP (including modules: Materials Management, Financials, Controlling, Profitability Analysis), Business Objects, or SQL query type software Understanding of internal and external standards, controls, regulations, (IFRS, SOX/MICs, etc.) Knowledge of related customer processes and related reports/systems Customer service mindset Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong writing, verbal communication, and proven presentation skills Able to prioritize workload, work in pressured environment, and meet tight deadlines Preferred Qualifications CPA and/or advanced business degree Knowledge of applicable systems WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH: Anheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
