What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Store Manager 1000 Degrees position at 1000 Degrees Fernandina?

Maintains all duties of a regular employee and shift supervisor plus

Ensures the store is stocked and grand opening ready 7 days per week.

Ensures all policy is being adhered to.

Works with the manager ensuring a fun, productive work environment is being provided.

Models customer first attitude.

Disseminates information provided by the general manager or 1000 Degrees Corporate to supervisors and regular employees as directed.

Assists the general manager

Recognizes and develops regular employee's desire to grow within the company.

Completes the ordering of all food, paper, beverage and miscellaneous product.
