Required Skills and Experience Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Organizational Change Management or a related field, preferably focused on large-scale, cross-functional transformations. Including 3 years of work experience in business strategy consulting or a related field and experience in transformation program development and strategic planning, with a proven ability to align initiatives with organizational objectives. Strong analytical skills, with experience gathering and synthesizing data to develop actionable insights and recommendations. A deep understanding of business operations, industry dynamics, and market trends Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to influence leaders and drive alignment across multiple business units. Experience developing and deploying change activities across multiple business units. Tactics include, but are not limited to, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications strategies and plan, organization design and culture assessments, training and enablement, change adoption measurement, and change readiness activities. Experience coaching project team members to deliver OCM strategies within project timelines. Demonstrated ability to design and implement change management strategies with a human-centric approach, emphasizing employee experience. Familiarity with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies Preferred Skills and Experience Bachelor degree Experience in program management or project leadership. Proven ability to empower teams by fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Demonstrated success in mentoring and developing team members to build organizational capacity and drive successful outcomes. Industry certifications in Organizational Change Management, Agile, or related fields. Strong strategic thinking abilities with the capacity to assess and resolve complex business problems. Background in Business Analytics and familiarity with AI. Co-creation and storytelling and strong presentation design skills. Compensation The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $107,400 to $204,000 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations: California:$118,200 to $244,920 Colorado: $107,400 to $204,000 New York City: $128,880 to $244,920 Washington: $118,200 to $224,520 Washington DC: $118,200 to $224,520 This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
