As an Identity Restoration Specialist, you’re crucial to our members and will work directly with them to collect the essential data required to repair identity compromises and fraud. Here, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to collect information and asses procedures necessary to provide resolution of member issues and concerns. The member experience is always top of mind so, additionally, you will be partnering with Team Managers and our training team to share trends based on the evaluation of current data to improve wherever we can. What you’re going to be doing: Communicate and solve. You’ll have daily interaction with members and third parties to successfully remediate identity theft issues. You may also be required to handle intensified situations with minimal support. Educate. Work with our members to teach them about identity theft, LifeLock Terms of Service and Service Guarantee. Execute. Consistently meet department goals. Partner with other NortonLifeLock departments to support Restoration goals and initiatives. Collaborate. Work closely with your peers and other teams regularly. You may also be asked to mentor new representatives and/or representatives seeking Restoration as part of their career path. What we’d like to see you have: High School or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred; you’ll also become CITRMS certified within 90 days of hire (score of 80% or better) Focused and self-motivated – able to work independently on a variety of tasks, while maintaining a high-level organization and efficiency. You should be flexible and also have the ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and confidently Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, social and mentorship Knowledge and experience in fraud investigation, identity theft and overall identity theft trends a plus and we’d really like to see a case management background Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Minimum of one year using Salesforce CRM or similar, preferred A few additional necessary security competencies (we are a security company, after all!): Ability to protect all forms of highly confidential and proprietary business information and to maintain the highest standards of privacy and security.
