Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of healthcare career workshops, curriculum, events, panels, and resources for college students and alumni.
- Collaborate with community partners to support education initiatives focused on increasing access to healthcare careers for underrepresented students.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with corporate and organizational partners to support students' hands-on learning experiences.
- Oversee the data and metrics of the grant supporting our healthcare careers initiatives, including data tracking and contributing to grant reports.
- Present at healthcare career-related coalitions, networks, and conferences to promote 10,000 Degrees' mission and values.
- Support the Development team at fundraising events by representing the organization and meeting with donors and funders.
