As our Talent Performance & Experience Specialist II, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our company’s talent management strategyThis role will focus on supporting our performance management program, onboarding, mobility/relocation, and immigration initiatives.  You will support our program managers with project management, change management to improve adoption, and developing reference materials that improve the employee experience.   

 

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE  

  • Assist program managers by providing project management supportAssisting with multiple talent management programs by assisting with the development of project plans, timelines, and key deliverables.  Work collaboratively with each program manager to effectively communicate the status of each project to stakeholders. 
  • Support the change management with the continual evolution of our talent programsAssisting program managers with the development of communication resources and updates to change management plans. 
  • Support the facilitation of our New Employee Orientation programFacilitating up to 50% of our orientation sessions, creating an engaging experience both in-person and virtually. 
  • Support Program Managers with the development of process documentation and journey mapping for key projects aimed at improving our employee experience. 
  • Provide support for our Mobility (Relocation) & Immigration program managerSpecifically assisting with on-site support for printing, storing, and processing of immigration documentation.  
  • Partner with key stakeholders and Program Managers to identify, design, develop, implement, and enhance employee engagement processes, practices, tools and technologies, including survey strategies, survey execution, company-wide action planning, and leader education on employee engagement. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with HR Business Partners and key internal clients to support effective sharing of data and programs within the business. 

 

YOU ARE  

  • A strong communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the company. 
  • Very detail oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. 
  • An engaging facilitator, bringing a high level of energy and excitement to training sessions. 
  • Highly collaborative, working closely with each program manager across the Talent Center of Excellence. 
  • Adept at analyzing complex situations and developing innovative solutions for strategic process improvements. 

 

YOU HAVE  

  • 2-4 years of experience with project management, change management, and training facilitation. 
  • Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. 
  • Preferred experience with HR programs such as onboarding, performance management, mobility (relocation), and/or immigration. 
  • Preferred experience with Workday and LMS administration.
