The Opportunity This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. What You’ll Work On Manages teams with focus on policy and strategy implementation and control rather than development. Short-term operational/tactical responsibilities. Responsible for the reliable operation of the organisation’s buildings, facilities, machinery and equipment. Follows established targets in areas such as equipment, reliability, and service standards. Works within the overall maintenance budget. Monitors the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources and prioritize spending. Makes an effort to minimize time lost due to equipment malfunctions. Identifies, researches, and prepares recommendations on significant changes that need to be made to resources, procedures, systems, equipment, or technology. You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures. Required Qualifications Bachelors Degree required and minimum of 8 years experience. Preferred Qualifications Masters Degree preferred.
