Basic Functions:
- Participates in projects that influence the direction of the operation
- Manages multiple and competing demands in the area of functional responsibility and the organization
- Insures compliance to formal policies and procedures.
- Monitors trends and establishes actions for improvement.
- Provides supervision for positions within the SCM Coordinator job category
- Manage 3 Material Supervisor and 60 hourly employees

- Manages multiple SCM roles and responsibilities
- May orient, train, assign, and verify the work of fellow employees
- Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned goals for a single unit with multiple customers and products
- Advanced analytical problem solving skills to determine root cause of issues
- Proposes and oversees implementation of corrective action
Experience
- 4 – 6 years of Supply Change Management experience
- Broad based supply chain management and process development knowledge
- Strong leadership / planning / negotiation / problem solving / delegation and presentation skills
- PC software knowledge & skills. Strong financial skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
