About the Role :
The Implementation Manager coordinates implementation of new practices from initial kick off through go live and beyond. The Implementation Manager develops implementation plans, and measures success against organizational / team goals.
As an implementation manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple new practice implementations at the same time with varying degrees of complexity while meeting required timelines, as well as maintaining an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Sound services, business and implementation processes, and applications.
The Details : This is a remote role that will require an ability to travel with an estimated average of 25%, with trips lasting 1-2 days. Though rare, some weekend travel may be required.
In this role, you will be responsible for :
New program and service line implementations
Facilitating a clean hand-off from the sales phase to implementation phase, providing leadership for the overall implementation, to program and regional leadership handoff post implementation

Pay Range : $85,000- $95,000 annually, plus a bonus opportunity. Exact pay will be determined based on candidate experience, geographic location, and the size / complexity of the programs being supported.
