We are seeking a passionate and experienced Training Leader to design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs that empower employees to reach their full potential. The Training Leader will oversee the development of knowledge bases, facilitate leadership development initiatives, and ensure the continuous improvement of skills and competencies across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional training expertise, strong knowledge management skills, and a commitment to fostering leadership at all levels.Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
- Design and deliver effective operational/production training programs to meet organizational needs.
- Conduct needs assessments, use information from quality control trends to identify skill gaps and align training programs with business objectives.
- Develop engaging content using a variety of learning formats, such as e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and implement improvements.
Knowledge Management
- Create and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to ensure easy access to critical information and resources for employees.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to document processes, best practices, and FAQs.
- Regularly update and refine knowledge base content to reflect changes in policies, procedures, and industry trends.
- Promote the use of knowledge management tools to enhance employee productivity and learning.
Leadership Development
- Design and implement leadership development programs to build the next generation of leaders within the organization.
- Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and mentorship programs to enhance leadership skills.
- Identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles.
- Provide guidance and support to leaders to help them foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within their teams.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on training trends, tools, and methodologies to enhance the company’s learning and development offerings.
- Manage training budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure efficient program delivery.
- Lead and inspire a team of training coordinators, instructional designers, or facilitators.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in training, leadership development, or a related role.
- Proven experience in knowledge management or content development.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
- Expertise in developing and maintaining knowledge bases or other content management systems.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver leadership development programs.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in training, instructional design, or leadership coaching (e.g., CPTD, CPLP, or similar).
- Experience with performance management and talent development frameworks.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies in training, such as AI-driven learning or gamification.
